Margaret Pegram Morrison has published a number of essays and poems and has had a play produced. This memoir is her first full-length book. She is currently working on a book of poetry for children. North Carolina was her home until she and her late husband, Garrett, moved to Wichita, Kansas, where she first worked as a community relations representative for businesses and later for many years as administrator of a medical clinic.*~~~~*~~~~*
